A Bit Ragged Round The Edges

It was a bit crappy first thing today, but improved as time passed.

We went and visited friends who are just back from a week on Lewis (a week away took them 3 weeks ............ don't ask).
While we were there their new granddaughter came to see them for the first time.
Of course SWMBO had to have a shot.

On the way home we stopped to get some salad.
While SWMBO went in to the shop I sat in the car and watched this driver asleep at the wheel

As the weather had improved this afternoon I went out and cut back the lavender bushes started to rip out the overgrown oxygenating pond plants.
But I had to stop.
There were just too many froglets in them and I didn't have it in me to evict/kill them.
