Autumn

A small bright spot in a, so far, pretty dismal day.
The last golf competition of the season and I was doing OK until Tom Hanks joined me and that threw me for a major wobbly.
Then it was straight to Tynecastle and a seriously frustrating display from the Jambos. They didn't lose but it was really 2 points thrown away. I have to ask where these referees are coming from though? We'd be better just picking one of the players' dads, giving him a whistle and letting him get on with it. At least he'd have an excuse for being crap.
So rushed back home to see Scotland take on the Springboks. Needn't have bothered. Three sports, three disappointments, it's a triple whammy!
