Living and whole selves...

Speaking at a couple of events today - the first a gathering of Living Wage employers in Scotland - which was held at Tynecastle. Hugely impressed to hear Hearts owner Ann Budge talk about her commitment to the Living Wage - impressive stuff.

Then on to deliver a keynote at Exchange 2015 run by the Bethany Trust at the Central Halls - where the focus was on communities, people, building relationships and bringing your whole self to your work. Great event and wonderful conversations.
