New and Old

One of the best ever presents, quite a few years ago, was my DAB Pocket Radio. First one was a Ministry of Sound and about 6 years ago it packed in and since then I've had this PURE pocket radio. I use it all day every single day and listen to BBC Radio 4 for the morning news, BBC Radio 4 Extra for the comedy and drama but most of all I listen to Planet Rock. It's much to the annoyance of others in the family because I never hear what they are saying and they always have to repeat themselves but Rock and Blues is the stuff of my young days and I've rediscovered it since I stopped working, along with motorbikes!

The case has an attachment on the back but it makes the radio stick out and it catches on things and revolves so I can never find the buttons. As a consequence I stick the covering flap into my belt rather than use the belt clip and the photo shows what happens to it.
I am often to be seen with my roll of black gaffer  tape trying to stop it falling to pieces but there comes a time when you just have to bite the bullet and buy a new case as shown on the Amazon website.
