An early start! The alarm went at 4.30, taxi at 5.15 and off to London.

It was hazy ( haze, not smog) as we banked over the Thames before 8. Standing room only on the DLR. Busy day writing news stories in a room with no windows. Standing room only back to KGX.

Now on the train. Rose and water, and home at 11, or thereabouts.
