So as well as practicing mindfulness my latest decision it to get physically fit! I'm going to do the 'Couch to 5K' running plan for beginners http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/couch-to-5k.aspx
And today I limbered up with a bit of brisk walking. I only slowed down to snap this pink flower for Breast Cancer Awareness month.
