Well despite a bad back and only being able to cycle all week, it seems to have made a big difference as today was a very good session.  On it like Sonic!

Beautiful day again!  Why couldn’t we have had this weather in the summer?

Paid a visit to Neath Food Festival and purchased a few treats.  The Festival seems to be getting bigger every year.
