Pan-Seared Scallops with Tarragon White Wine Sauce

Yummy! Food photography is something I like to experiment. Plus, as for this shot, it saves you when you didn't take a single shot during the day. I'm glad we plan to eat something interesting to shot!

I just bought a new book called Food Photography: From Snapshots to Great Shots. Although I didn't get a chance to read it all, it's a great book; very easy to understand, well written, infomative, full of quick tips and tricks.
