A Rose for Roseburg

My heart broke into a million pieces this morning when I heard that yet another young man decided to end his life and take innocent lives with him.  This happened in my 'home town' of Roseburg, OR.  I don't really have a "home town", since I moved so darn much as a kid, so I split the difference between where I felt I had the most childhood memories and that would be Roseburg, Oregon and Ventura, California.  Those are my 'home towns".  So to have one of my home towns brought into the news in such a way as this brought instant tears.  

And that's about all I can say about today except I wish this would stop.  But as long as young men are suicidal and want to end their life in a memorable way and not caring about who they hurt while doing that, then this is going to happen again...and again...and again.  And how we reach these kids before they do that and get them the help they need,  is something I just don't know.
