whats cooking?

This is Tom, a brilliant chef, who works part time for us and regularly produces some truly great food.

He is a writer too, trying to get his crime novel published... and he is planning on opening a specialist Goth artefacts and cards store on the IOW. So much going on yet always smiling.

I really hope he is successful in both ventures... but at the same time we don't want to lose him!
