Hedwig

Didn't expect this beauty at camera club tonight. Our speaker took wildlife pictures, quite extraordinary ones, and was pretty obsessive about the whole process. Throughout the talk he kept mentioning his poor long suffering wife who had to put up with all the creatures he brought home.
The owl is a pet and extremely tame so it, plus another one, went everywhere he went. He even took them to work!
Anyway, Hedwig here very kindly let me take his picture and I even stroked him.
