Sunflower at last...

I keep seeing sunflowers as I drive past them, alongside the interstate, when there is no way for me to stop and capture them.

Fortunately I'd packed my little camera in my pocket this morning before I walked my dog (while my minivan was in getting an oil change). I'd not been taking my camera on dog walks, but last night I realized there was no reason for that. My dog is pretty well trained, and will do as asked, except when there is a cat, chipmunk, rabbit etc nearby that she wants to get to.

When I spotted this sunflower, I asked Maggie to lie down and wait. No cats appeared, so she was happy to stay put while I captured a blip :)
