Shepherd's Pie

Made with real shepherds. (As my Dad can never resist adding.  And now I can't either.  It has joined 'Soup from the Soup Well" in the list of culinary tics I have picked up from him.)

A busy day of advancing things on all fronts.  Even though some of those advancements meaning things not happening instead of happening.  Salaries were paid, doing the bills (and therefore closing last year's accounts) was put off until next week by the simple method of my agreeing to whatever stuff the teachers wanted to buy for the school.  

Later, collecting wood in the ever reliable builders' van (the convertible) much to the amusement of our wood supplier.  Some dehumidifier trials (we're down a massive 2 points of relative humidity and I just tipped more than a litre of water out of the reservoir) and some gentle garden work - since it turned out that yesterday's small amount of garden work was not appreciated by my shoulder.  Making an appointment with the physio (I now have a recommendation from a rugby player of a good physio) has been moved up the to-do list.

Tomorrow though is all about gravel.
