The Sanctuary

This is the Sanctuary at Kemp Hospice (Kidderminster, Worcestershire, UK) where I am a volunteer bereavement supporter. [Notwithstanding the fact that I'm still pretty raw myself, following the death of my wife, Liz]  This, as you might imagine, is a lovely, calming place in which to relax, read, meditate, listen to peaceful music, light a candle, pray - whatever one feels is appropriate. I took about half an hour out today myself, just to read, contemplate the universe, and relax in peaceful silence.
