Emphasised the Silhouette
20.9C with sunny sunshine all day long. Light breeze.
There was a little mist and some colour in the sky over the fields this morning but it soon burned back and it turned into a very summery day. First day of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship (Carnoustie, St Andrews Old Course, and Kingsbarns). Great weather for it. I decided not go to the Championship course and take pictures this time.
Maeve the Deerhound and I went for a walk after lunch. Van Morrison on the Nano (Avalon Sunset and Down the Road). We went up to the church then continued out along the country road to Scryne. At Scryne we turned right and walked down the road to Easthaven where we joined the cycle path to walk back along towards Carnoustie. When we reached Westhaven we went down to the beach using the road bridge over the railway. Valhalla A was moored out at the seaward end of the channel through the rocks and two smaller boats were tied up near the shore.
We came back over the road bridge over the railway then carried on round in a long loop heading into Carnoustie and up the main road before turning along for home. Maeve looked hot by the time we got home.
Since I have been on a run of sunrise shots this week, for Abstract Thursday I manipulated a sunrise shot. Emphasised the silhouette of the trees and pushed the colours. Nothing fancy :-)

... oh, and it appears to be a blip anniversary (although my first blip was on a 3rd of October). Time flies !
