Banging the bean paste

If you think this looks potentially very painful you are right. 

The nearest thing to a martial art I have seen so far.

At a very fast pace the guy on the right cuts the green goo with his hand while his mate hits it with a malet a fraction of a second later.

Bean paste is used to make Japanese sweets. They looks pretty but have the texture of marzipan without the flavour. Not worth having your fingers broken for in my view.
