Breakfast like a Queen

My Dad always repeated this quote and he practiced it as well.
I can't say that I always eat a big breakfast but a big dinner is an exception for me too.
Lunch is usually my biggest meal with the confession that I do tend to graze through my day.
I really do like snacks.
