Paris
in summertime. Paris polyphylla seen in a Devon garden. A 24 hour trip to the South West to talk to the Devon AGS group. I stayed overnight with some lovely folk who have one of the most unique gardens I have ever visited. Down a bumpy track, on a steep hillside, trees, rhododendrons and associated under planting, the passion of a refugee from Essex where it is too dry for these moisture lovers.
Oh, they also keep alpacas and then there was the quarry garden .... like a lost world!
Devon could not be said to be in the least bit dry right now:-(
