Last Day

Today is the last day of the summer season. For us, winter opening hours means restricted outlet opening and no Falconry displays in the week as well as a shorter working day.

After a busy, full season some of the staff welcome this time of year, but for me it means driving to work in the dark and soon driving home in the dark too.

Today I walked up to the Falconry arena to watch the last weekday display. It was a beautiful day and I took this photo as I walked back.minhope we have a mild winter and that spring comes soon.
