Fail!

5.30pm at the Puerto. Warm, sunny, summer like even.

6am at Balloch was a different story. There were 7 of us ready to go into the water, but the fog was so dense we could see virtually nothing. No twinkling lights from the buoys and not even a glimpse of our much loved sticks. Getting lost would have been a distinct possibility, even with some lights for our tow floats, so sense prevailed. We reckon it's the first time in 7 seasons we have walked away without any kind of swim.

I could have gone to the gym or to the pool. Instead we went to McD's for coffee and chat and from there to the gym for a shower, more coffee and more chat. Rest day.
