Burton Agnes Hall

The nice thing about this stately home is that, firstly, it is still lived in by the same family (whose name I can't spell) who built it and secondly,  they sell the produce from their magnificent walled garden. So today they were selling apples, plums, onions, shallots and runner beans. I bought some runner beans to see if they were as good as or better than ours!

They tasted exactly the same!
