The people's flag is.....

Driving through Maidstone for the last week or so there have been more and more signs that County Hall has undergone an unexpected political volte-face. I'm not yet sure whether we've become a Soviet or we'll all be learning Newspeak. Of course all this old chepooka is about something else again.
