I finally got round to sorting out some of the flowerbed that was really overgrown and messy.  I was quite rigorous with the secateurs and have exposed some long neglected soil.

Sadly, I also disturbed the hiding places of several minibeasts.

Sorry, ladybird.  You've had to retreat to the remaining rosemary.

But the garden (and you) will be the better for it.
