Quick!

This is the first photo I took as I jumped out of the car in the car park at Putsborough today. I couldn't wait for Richard to stop the car and turn off the engine because I could see the sunlight drifting across the sand quickly and knew it was about to alight on this surfer and his board.

Another blustery, unpleasant day but the sun did come out twice for about 30 seconds!

I also got all my veg sowed (Peas, broad beans, salad onions, fennel, courgettes, marrows, squash, 2 varieties of carrots, beetroots, cauliflower, 2 varieties broccoli) and hope the seeds don't get washed/blown away by this nasty weather away. It's very late, I know, but I'm counting on an Indian summer this year.
