Mackerel !

We have pals coming over tonight so went and bought 4 fresh mackerel and had them filleted. I'm gong to do them with ginger, garlic , lime and chilli. I'm a bit shocked that they cost 12 quid but I suppose that's the fishing quotas for you. Apparently mack is now also running low. The fishmonger told me as he wrapped them!
