As the sun sets

Id thought blip would be easy today - it was glorious and I'd time to spare.
But some days get away from you, initially with some stuff that the old me would have raged about - instead I took pooch back out for another walk (boy was she pleased with that & of course as everyone knows dog happiness is medically proven to be infectious) found my peace with it and went back to get some work done.
Then the phone rang with a wonderful unexpected dear old friend asking if he & his wife could stop by for tea & biscuits as they were back in the UK for just a few days. We spent a far too short few hours chatting in the sunshine.
Yin&Yang, Karma or maybe just the circle of life all in one day.
