On the first day of Christmas!

I'd put today aside to make Christmas cakes.  Now my darling sister has realised they're actually pretty tasty, I've got three to do.  I hadn't expected the breathing difficulties but I'm not one to be deterred.  Each stage was done in slow gentle steps and my wonderful Kenwood Chef took the hard work out of the mixing.
