Not an antique frisbee

I had been trying to explain to M what shape I was looking for to help me 'curve' my ribbon for my millinery activities in improvisation in my millinery activities, and settled on a large metal sieve with a rim, which I attached the ribbon to with clothes pegs. After realising metal conducts hear when you put an iron on it, I took a break and looked on eBay. And lo and behold, the very item I had never before seen, a ribbon board! I was very excited, and bid, and even more excited when I found that the seller was a very famous milliner... Perhaps hats for the Duchess of Cambridge have been made using my new acquisition!
