Took a punt on a 24mm prime...
...a Sigma 2.8 macro to be precise...
Now, bearing in mind that the above shot came out OK, and that it only set me back fifteen quid. Can I live with the fact that it only seems to work on f2.8 and that at all other apertures it just returns me an error 99 message?
I guess it would mean that for inanimate objects I would have to engage in focus stacking, which , in the end is where you get the best results in any case. The problem, I suppose comes with flora...it would need to be a dam still day to employ stacking....on the other hand, I can't really afford anything else at the minute....
What would you do? Answers on a postcard....
