My phone died this morning.

It won't charge. I know it is a contacts problem because it occasionally charges for a few seconds when I hold the cable at an extreme angle. I have cleaned out the lint from the charging port. Levered it up a bit and I can now get it to charge for a little while. I have transferred the contacts and calendar but not the 4000 photos. The new 'old' phone also has a charging problem. I'm hoping the clean has helped. I think a new phone is on the cards but I like the Samsung galaxy S2. Fingers crossed this one is ok.
