A Bandstand with a View

This is the bandstand at Horniman Museum and Gardens in Forest Hill. With the help of Lightroom and Perfect Photo Suite I have gone for the vintage look.

The gardens and especially the Dye Garden are looking wonderful at the moment. Some of the trees are starting to turn also.

Some of you may remember my Blip back in January taken from next to the bandstand showing the vista. Anyone wanting to see some of the history about this fantastic Victorian space, left in Trust to the local people should have a look.
