My Day off consisted of:

Skype to a certain someone...

Picnic and long bush bike ride....we felt like explorers. We went for about an hour, meeting and greeting the smiley people we passed. The dusty roads (hence the pictiure), the bush, the African sun and the adventure were great fun! We didn't know really where we were going but we got to a memorial of Dag Hummerkold and enjoyed our Hannah made picnic.

Took a cheeky afternoon nap...these are always part of a day off. (yes, I know, im nearly 21!)

Then delicious nshimaaaaa tonight made my Ba Zenia - the amazing lady who works here at the house.

A bit of scrapbooking tonight so I have memories of this Zambia 2012 trip on paper.
