Dark Pasture

This was the scene on the Rock Valley Road, just out of Lismore. I have hardly processed this image, The scene had real impact for me.

The extras relate to the abandoned railway which used to extend from Casino to Lismore and Byron Bay. Twenty years ago it was all reckoned to be surplus to needs. I shall never know why. It passes through some of the most picturesque country in Australia.

I know it's not an official occasion but this is 1600 blips for me. Thanks for all your support and friendship.
