White rose

Today is my birthday, unlike the Queen there is no announcement on the wireless, no National Anthem or public holiday for civil servants. For me I got up and went to work as normal. Today's blip is a white rose that was doing it's best at the wrong end of September that I spotted on my way into town after work.

After badminton and my birthday dinner (sushi and a muffin) we went to the Basingstoke CafeSci to hear about super powerful lasers.
