Green tomatoes

Which I'm hoping will turn red. My internet research suggested picking them and covering them with newspaper so we'll see if that does the trick.

For the first time since being back at work I was cold during the walk in. I guess hat and gloves aren't too far away. I also noticed small piles of dried leaves beginning to form next to walls and buildings on my way home. There were also some vivid red leaves on the ground, I like the way that things change and don't remain the same.

I didn't make it outside much during the day but at 6:30pm it was still warm so I guess it must have been another lovely day.

Lots of talk about an imminent inspection at work during this afternoon's staff meeting. Let's hope the call comes tomorrow so we can get it over and done with.
