Morning light

Up quite early for a walk from the campsite to the hide near Kielder Castle. The temperature must have plummeted overnight, and we were surprised at the frost on the windows of the caravan and car! But it was a fabulous autumn morning, and good to be out. Lots of beautiful trees along the way, and difficult to decide which to blip, so there's an extra photo again today!

We spotted another (or, maybe, the same) grey squirrel from the hide, and also two red squirrels. All were moving quickly along the branches, or leaping from branch to branch, so no decent photos of them!

Back to the caravan for one of MrM's big Sunday breakfasts before packing up and heading for home after a lovely weekend. We're already talking about going back again before too long...
