MonoMonday 87 Past

Today we visited the ancient Greek town of Selinunte, or to be more precise the ruins of it!  Founded in 628 BC it did seem a gift today when the MM theme is the past! This wonderful archaeological site contains 5 temples: pictured here is the Temple of Hera, the only one to have been re-erected.

In other news, we are visited regularly by 6 kittens and an adult we think might be their dad: fortunately the villa comes ready supplied with 2 large bags of Friskies!  Pictures will follow, maybe as extras for today when I can process them! Oh, and a hedgehog trotted across the lawn this evening - magical!  He will make an appearance here too no doubt!
