After a day of resting my swollen toe, which may not be gout, I went for a slow stroll to find material for my blip.
I am going to the patients drop in centre this evening to have my toe examined by a GP, because they can't prescribe anti biotics without checking it first.
I am going to swap to a rishton surgery after many years with two good doctors who have now retired.
Things can only get better.
