Frustrating afternoon
Firstly frustrated in Telstra and frozen computers and bring told completely different information I then ventured on to Apple - really don't know why I did - terrible service - left waiting for ages - no sign of any actual system of getting assistance except for grabbing someone . After a long wait finally got some assistance for them to waunder off and spend 30mins tending another person - only for them to return to tell me they can't take s credit card payment over the phone. Question - why not - because they need to see the card - rubbish - Apple allow online payment from credit cards they gave never seen - complete waste of an afternoon - no phone and no computer grr
