The Blood Sky

Well, it was overcast by the time the moon appeared in my California sky.  The plan was to try my hand at photographing it.  Lucky for me, the sunset sky was amazing and, given my lack of proper equipment, probably the better alternative.  Interesting to note that while I couldn't see the moon over here, it was eclipsing at the same time this sky was making its appearance.
