Two's Company?

...only for a moment, as in the next frame he was sitting up, smiling, and joining in the conversation. 

We took a leisurely route home, stopping in at Crescent Beach to buy more items than we should have (my fault) at an excellent bakery and have lunch at a pleasant cafe before joining the other strollers of all ages on the path skirting Boundary Bay. The tiny buildings in the distance on today's shot are the tallest buildings in downtown Vancouver. (You can see them better on Phil's blip.)

That walk added a few steps to my count for today, but it will be only about one-fifth of yesterday's!
