Home cooking Turkish style

Dinner tonight was ordered in advance from one of our favourite restaurants, which we have watched over the years grow from serving only Turkish crepes, gozlem, during the day to a wider menu with a breakfast and an evening sitting. It's really popular and uses very fresh ingredients, many of which are grown in the owner's garden, including the most amazing rocket.Yummy!
