Ballard

This is the house we stay in when we are on Jura. It has belonged to my girlfriend's family for many years. Whilst we were here this time we went back through books of Jura where we could find that in the 1800's Ballard as the house is known was a single-storey building and sat on its own above the Jura distillery. Over time though there has been an upper floor added and three or four other houses have popped up around it. It is still rather special though.
