Granda's got the toys ready

First house visit for Nibbler. Granda had barricaded the backie and arranged the welcoming party frisbee and tennis ball on the grass. Let's just say that after the stress of getting the canine caper in his harness for the seatbelt, Sam and I were just hoping Grandma had her usual stash of choccy biccies to the fore. In the afternoon, Sam and I went to the Ugly Animal Preservation Society's talk at RGU for techfest. The guy deserved a medal for keeping the adults laughing and entertaining a lecture theatre full of precocious kids.

Meanwhile Dave and Tess had a wee day trip down the road to Glasgow to see birthday girl Akira, Jo and Conn, spending the day getting cuddles and larking about in parks. Being 1year old is pretty amazing.
