Green fig

I purchased the jar from a store on my local High Street.

It is made not far from where I live.

I love figs but wasn't sure about this.  Was talking to the local deli owner and said that I was going to try it with blue cheese.  He suggested cinnamon scones.

An hour later, I'd made some.

It works!
