Tractor shed plus

One of our neighbours has this very tidy little mas near the top of his land with tractor shed underneath and cooking and eating space above, and I believe it cost several thousand euros to renovate from it's previous run down state.

It's a bit of a sad story actually. He had the work done as he was nearing retirement, with the intention of spending more time on the land, but then he had a couple of heart attacks, the last of which was fatal. Hopefully his wife, children and grandchildren will continue to make use of the mas when they come to stay in their house in the village, although it is quite a trek from Barcelona where they live.
