Sunny Sunday

A more gentle day today, exploring the coast and villages nearest to us. We stopped at several little harbours and places with huge sandy beaches.
A glorious sunny Sunday and everywhere was very busy. From past experience we knew you have to eat early for Sunday lunch in France as everywhere fills up very quickly. We scanned the menus in the roadside cafes and got ourselves a table before the rush, and it wasn't long before the place was full. We only wanted a light snack as we are eating tonight in the hotel. I ordered a seafood salad, just to keep me going, and it was impressive enough to require a blip! Normous had a huge portion of moules et frites!
We didn't drive far today, and pottered through rural lanes, seaside towns and country villages.
