Crab Apple Jelly

First ever time making Crab Apple Jelly.
Such beautiful Pink Apples I got from The Big Swap yesterday, I also got Cooking Apples & then my friend Sharon gave me some Rhubarb, so I need to get cooking, but first was this.

I really would like a Crab Apple Tree :)
