Life

This is a bit of a backblip because I didn't have much time on Thursday.

I took a few pictures in the harbour and the decision was difficult, specially because I took a picture of a very impressive human statue and an amazing pirate ship, but I finally chose this one because it reflects better my state of mind on this particular day.

It was a day of deep thoughts about life and reviewing past experiences. I had some sad news. A friend of mine from school died this week from breast cancer. She was only 45 years old. Very sad. Therefore I was in a strange mood. Lots of thoughts about life and about the course of my life and the direction I'm taking it to crossed my mind. It makes you think about how positive or negative your approach to life is.

I spend the morning in the beach with my sister. I heard the bad news in the afternoon while I was talking to a friend over the phone. In the afternoon I went for a walk to clear my mind and to take some pictures in the harbour, where I bumped into a friend of mine with whom I went for a quick drink. Then, in the evening I met a friend for dinner. I had really deep conversations and my mind was in turmoil. Life, indeed!

As you can see, the weather is amazing here in Barcelona, but it's too bloody hot for me, haha. Not used to this.

By the way, this is my 600th blip!! 600 in a row, with no gaps!
