Exmoor - nearly Harvest Moon

We had a memorable day on Exmoor today - perfect weather - blue sky ad if it was early Summer!
- a walk towards Hurlestone point , an hour or so listening to the waves down on the pebbly beach , some blackberrying in the lane back to Bossington - all perfect.
As we drove back over Dunkery we could hear the deer rutting and saw a little herd. Antler poised against the skyline as darkness fell.
